Support for Parents & Caregivers
If you’re seeking therapy for your teen, I also offer support for you. Parenting through anxiety, depression, identity questions, school stress, or big transitions can feel overwhelming and lonely. I provide optional parent check-ins to help you understand what your child is working on in therapy, learn how to respond in supportive ways, and build skills that keep communication steady at home. These sessions don’t replace your child’s therapy; they’re a space for you to feel informed, grounded, and equipped as you navigate this process together.
Insurance & Payment
Finding a therapist who takes your insurance can feel overwhelming. I accept several major plans, and if your plan offers out-of-network coverage I can provide a monthly superbill that you can submit for reimbursement. If you’re not sure how to check your benefits, I’m happy to help you navigate it.
